The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre with very helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, especially the ones with a view of the Forum. I loved the blinds that provided privacy in the bedrooms. The included breakfast had a good spread, including nice coffee on tap.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine!

Had the worst thanksgiving break here, the hotel didn't show any appreciation for the holiday. However, two complimentary facts offered were a fridge and luggage storage. The location was a plus, near a lovely area with plenty to see and do. The bathroom was clean, and we had a great view from the windows.

Most aspects were negative. The staff didn't seem to care about service, and the terrace was a mess.

The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the location was very convenient, with key features such as restaurants and shops just a short walk away. the cleanliness of the facilities was noticeable: the common areas such as the kitchen were well-maintained and spotless.

Although the location was very convenient, the noise from a nearby nightclub was quite loud and disturbing in the early hours of the morning especially on weekends. the lack of laundry facilities could be an inconvenience that need to do laundry.

The location of this hotel is superb, right on the square with stunning views of the water. the room service was fantastic, always ready to help with any need. We loved the breakfast buffet, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. As a family with two small kids, we appreciated the ample leisure facilities, including a pool and playground.

That the Wi-Fi was sometimes spotty.

This hotel is located in the very center of the old city which is a pedestrian zone. It's perfect if you want to explore the city by foot. The rooms have a fantastic view on the seaside, which is breathtaking. Also, the breakfast with nice coffee on tap is included in the rate and has a good spread.

No negative aspect found, everything was ok.

The convenience of being in the city center made it easy for me to explore all the amazing attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the unique feature of mirrors all around, which gave them a quirky and modern feel. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options to choose from, including hot items and vegetarian options.
