Had the worst thanksgiving break here, the hotel didn't show any appreciation for the holiday. However, two complimentary facts offered were a fridge and luggage storage. The location was a plus, near a lovely area with plenty to see and do. The bathroom was clean, and we had a great view from the windows.
Most aspects were negative. The staff didn't seem to care about service, and the terrace was a mess.

The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the location was very convenient, with key features such as restaurants and shops just a short walk away. the cleanliness of the facilities was noticeable: the common areas such as the kitchen were well-maintained and spotless.
Although the location was very convenient, the noise from a nearby nightclub was quite loud and disturbing in the early hours of the morning especially on weekends. the lack of laundry facilities could be an inconvenience that need to do laundry.
